DIPLOMA LECTURE THEATRE SEATING
Evertaut worked closely with the architects at Fairhursts Design Group to incorporate fixed structural tiering and Diploma Lecture Theatre Seating in three of the new lecture theatres within the Simon Building at The University of Manchester. Graham Construction were the client’s chosen contractors.
Approximately 495m² of 50 x 50 sectional steel understructure/fixed tiering was manufactured. Deck boards were 25mm birch ply with a 12mm riser board.
945 Diploma Seats were manufactured and installed using 3 shades of environmentally friendly Hemp fabric by Camira Fabrics.
All that were involved in the project, FDG, Graham Construction and indeed the client, were highly impressed with the seating and tiered structures installed by Evertaut and we as a company are delighted with the end results.
