We were proud to support the recent World Snooker Championship 2026 at the Crucible Theatre, where our seating solutions were in use throughout the tournament.
While the result didn’t go as we might have hoped for Englishman Shaun Murphy, it was a fantastic final, with Wu Yize putting in a strong performance to take the title.
We were pleased to be supporting the event behind the scenes, with our SOLARUSH wall-mounted chairs installed tableside. These provided security teams with a practical and much-needed alternative to standing for long periods, without compromising visibility or responsiveness.

While the spotlight was firmly on the players, this project highlights something just as important: the people who keep these events running smoothly.
Working to a tight deadline, we brought together our Customer Service and Production teams to ensure everything was delivered on time. By reacting quickly, communicating clearly, and working collaboratively, we made sure the seating was in place for a major televised event.
Client feedback reflected the impact:

This moment is made even more meaningful by our history at the venue. Back in 2009, we completed a full refurbishment of the seating at the Crucible Theatre, helping shape the spectator experience in one of snooker’s most iconic settings.
To return to the same venue years later with a new solution supporting operational staff feels like a genuine full-circle moment, combining our heritage with continued innovation.

“It was actually our Financial Supervisor, Nicola who took the initial enquiry which reflects how much we all know about the products we sell. I took it on from there and it was a real team effort to pull it out the bag. I’m actually a fan of snooker so it was great to see our seats on the TV.”
